Which plan should I choose?
Start with Basic — it includes the full CRM: unlimited boats, agents, the booking site on your own domain, WhatsApp inbox and Razorpay payment links. Move to Premium when you want messaging and payments automated via the WhatsApp Business and Razorpay APIs. Choose Ultra when you also want us to actively market and promote your business.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period. Your data and bookings always stay with you.
Monthly or yearly — what is the difference?
Same features either way. Annual billing is charged once for the year and works out cheaper — each yearly price is 10× the monthly, so you effectively get about two months free.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit / credit cards, and net banking via Razorpay. We don't process payment data ourselves — Razorpay handles it.
Is there a per-booking fee?
No. On every plan you pay zero per-booking commission — just the flat subscription. The whole point is to be cheaper than the spreadsheet + WhatsApp combo you're replacing.
